My Poppi started making ice-cream machines back in 1937, a visionary inventory pioneer to build the machines that made 'the good stuff'.
My legendary dad, Carlo, aka Poppi, took over the business and successfully for over 40 years carried it on till 2018. Carlo Biagotti Edoni also made delicious homemade ice-cream for us to enjoy using his machinery (on special occasions) telling us this is just like the way Poppi used to make. Yum!
My passion is to recreate the traditional recipe using the same identical machinery, (which I also had the pleasure in building just like Poppi) so everyone can enjoy what our family experienced.
My goal is to hope, one day, I become Poppi and pass this on to my children.
I plan on bringing the community together and from afar to sample and smile from something so simple...Poppi's Ices.
